Changde Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. is a sub-company of which share is controlled by China Tobacco Machinery Group and is the second large stated-owned enterprise that mainly engages in manufacturing and selling tobacco machines. It was founded in 1969, and is one of the earliest enterprises that undertake the developing and manufacturing tobacco machines. It holds the total assets of 1.2 billion yuan RMB and employs over 1000 staffs including 400 special technicians at present. The information technology of ERP, CAD/CAPP/CAM/PDM is widely used in the company. It was regarded as the first batch enterprises of technology innovation-experiment by State Tobacco Monopoly Administration in 1998, and awarded the High-New Technical Enterprise by Hunan Province in 1999, and also passed the attestation of ISO 9001:2000 International Quality System in the same year. In 2005, it also got the CE certification. “National May 1 Labor” and “National machinery industrial civilization unit” were rewarded in 2007, and also the certificate of national safety quality standardization. In 2008, we passed and got certificate of environment and occupational healthy safety management and was affirmed first batch technology innovation enterprise in Hunan province. Our company was listed in the Top 100 Enterprise in Hunan province and Top 50 Manufacturing enterprise in 2009 and 2010. 

The company manufactures the main products: Model ZJ17(7000cig/min), Model ZJ112(10000cig/min) cigarette making and filter assembling groups, Model 171A filter rod reservoir and transferring device, Model filter rod maker, Model YF27B pneumatic filter rod transmitting device and so on. It also provides the users with qualified rebuilding and overhaul for tobacco machines, and the service of spare parts, of which reliability of main products has reached the advanced international standard of the same kind, these are accepted by the foreign purchasers like South Asia, Europe. So far, our product is popular among home and board.
